Bruce Kidd was an Olympic athlete who became an academic scholar specializing in kinesiology and sport. He has been president of Scarborough College at the University of Toronto and advises government and sports associations. We talk about the connection between political and sports rivalries and the ethical standards to maintain when disciplining countries and athletes for cheating.
