Kai Brand-Jacobsen co-founded PATRIR, a peace institute in Romania that not only does research and teaching but carries out operations around the world in preventing and managing conflicts. Kai tells Metta about some of their innovations, such as bringing experts out of their "silos" to work together on all of the issues that are the background circumstances that lead to war.
